This has been a mystery to me for over 10 years. I'm trying to find out who has the $3 Dakota Magic chip?

The information that I've gathered was that the late John Kallman borrowed the chip from SOMEONE to add the chip to the Chip Guide. I know John was in the middle of trying to acquire this chip before his untimely passing this year. He never told me who it was that owned the chip as he used to keep things like that to himself. My question is - does anyone know who owns this chip? I have a notched version, but I'm trying my very best to acquire the un-notched version.

Any information will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!
