I have this 25 cent, Riverside Laughlin chip, in like-new condition (now damaged) that someone changed to a "5" with what appears to be a black, felt-tipped pen. Meanwhile, someone else tried to remove the marker and managed to remove the gold-foil hot-stamp from the denomination and parts of the lettering. The other side is just fine!
