I asked the same question but didn't get a straight answer. I was told that they are real and could still be redeemed at the cage. I have one of these chips and quite frankly believe it's bullshlt. Supposedly the inserts are painted and the very poor quality inlay and may be glued. I hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong. I will bring the one I have to the AC Club meeting today.
