I went there in the early ‘80’s when it was a fully functioning casino. I parked on the street and went in and played 21. I must say that I was treated as if I was a VIP. I was offered a drink as soon as I bought in, and often afterwards. They clearly were happy I was there. I got what I needed and left without incident.
