First Steve, thank you for all the work that goes into the flagship magazine. I can't imagine how much time it takes to make it happen.

Personally, for me, here are some comments:

Columns vs full page - you can probably guess that I prefer a two column format than just the one page type. On club business, ads, etc, the whole page is fine, but for reading articles/stories, I think its easier when it columns.

vs

White vs colored/textured backgrounds - I'd MUCH prefer just a plain white background than color, and definitely not textured. We sometimes have a confetti-like background that, in my opinion, makes the type almost unreadable. If done behind a page of pictures, maybe, but behind type it's just too much. And also (just my opinion again), these colorful pages are aren't as professional as white, but maybe that's okay if we're trying to keep it playful.

All these just opinions. I think it looks great whatever you've been doing!
