Well, I have good news for you. The new CCA forums have a direct/private message (aka DM or PM) system built-in. Just click the little private message icon by their name and send your message. Your message will be waiting for them the next time they log in, and they will also be sent an email letting them know a message is waiting, so you don’t have to wonder when they will see it. The nice thing about that method is that at no time are the sender’s or recipient’s email address exposed, so even those who don’t want to publish their email address can be communicated with. No spam. At least no mass spam.

That feature is also available to non-CCA members in the CCA forums. It is not restricted to club members only.
