Also: since you are passionatelly preposing pre-printing the return envelopes, can you please research how much additional it will cost the club to do this and get back to the Board with your proposal? You may want to also include in your presentation the number ballots previously invalidated that would now be counted.

That will help the board decide whether to implement your proposal.
