The ballots go out with the magazine, which goes to regular members. I believe the printer assembles the magazines and puts in the ballot, addresses them and sends the out. All the same.

The printer would have no idea this person gets one ballot, this person three, this six, etc. He just gets a list with 1000 addresses and sends them all out the same. Likely automated.

And just as a personal aside...

I never understood why Associate members DO get a separate vote. In all organizations I have been a member of, only full members vote. Why someone's 3 year old grandson associate gets the same vote as a 30-year member seems odd to me.
