This is a campaign Torrey! Pointing out facts is actually acceptable! Lying is not acceptable! Doing your elected position poorly is not acceptable!

Solutions have been offered many times over the years and they have been squandered. Bruce Landau who you probably never met was one of my best friends. We spoke daily and he reminded me of the NIH theory (Not invented here). Simply put, if the idea is not their’s. it’s not a good one.

As for derogatory statements being made about candidates this all started with Jim Follis’s wife saying many horrible and untrue statements about Jerry Vergatos. Yes Jerry did resign as President for health reasons and personal reasons as he detailed himself. What he did not tell you is the board he had to work with at the time objected to virtually anything he wanted to do to further this club.

I have only known Jerry for a little over a year but he has proven to be a leader, hard worker and very philanthropic in his personal life. His ideas are new and progressive and tuned into the 21st century.

Ask Jim what his plans are for being in the second highest leadership role in this club? Status quo is not acceptable at this point.

Making the electorate aware of failures is normal during campaigns, this is how people make educated decisions. This is not a popularity contest.
