Work for me.

As a volunteer in more positions than I can count for my life in the club, it saddens me to see how little that effort is worth to some people.

For the first time in 25 years I am honestly considering giving up volunteering.

Unfortunately there seems to be a faction of this club that is so full of hate that it can disillusion even the most dedicated members.

I find that very sad.
