I don't think of buying raffle tickets for a non-profit as gambling but more of a donation. Maybe I should rephrase, can I donate the $ to cover the tickets to the CCA using paypal? I am pretty sure my Church's raffle is handled this way. I think a lot more tickets would be sold if it was easier to buy them.
