I don’t read the boards as much as I should unfortunately.
The answer is no, we don’t notify members that have incorrectly submitted a ballot.
The point of my post was to remind members of the requirements which I try to do regularly.
I am following the directions of our previous Election Chairs and trying to do exactly what has been done in the past.
Directions for submitting the ballot are clearly printed and underlined on every form.
