I remember the donation. Heat sensitive items of any kind whether they were donated to the CCA or the MoGH would have been placed in the MoGh storage area since it is temperature controlled. Any letters of donation and acceptance would have been authored by the secretary of the CCA at the time.. If an inventory was in fact done of the MoGH storage area, then there should be some kind of a record of the donation being actually in their possession. I don't have access to any emails that far back, but if someone wants to contact Roy Nelson, I'm sure he could give you some more information.. David might also shed some light on this. There are file cabinets in the storage area that could easily accommodate some folders with all the donations that were ever made for easy access.
