Astonishing, Once a year?? I thought a whole committee was formed, people offering help and solutions?

So in other words........ Its all BS?

Most boards would remove someone incapable, incompetent or simply defiant.

It makes one very curious to see the finances of such an organization and who handles them. Is it the same person in charge of the assets?
