I made my determination of your character long ago when you started your stuff about chip guide images and offended dozens of people with your baseless claims of ownership of images etc., signing up at web sites with fictitious names and general dishonesty etc. I have record of all those events.

Anyone that operates in the manner you do, the way I see it, is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Impressions are lasting, impressions of dishonesty are forever. As usual you want to start fights and cast doubt on others to drown out your own in-discretions.

Mr. Cutler asked why the inventory job wasn't done, You, for whatever reason are still the "Chairman" of the Mogh. The responsibility of the job is YOURS yet you fail to get it done or hold the delegate responsible for getting it done. You've been offered help and solutions as to getting the inventory done and you choose to ignore it. The BOD tasked James Hogg with solving the problem, I spoke to him and offered solutions, even a group I would pay for to come get it done, what happened? IGNORED. You claim that the inventory of Items belonging to the club isn't important. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR THE MEMBERSHIP OF AN IRS 501C3 TO HAVE FULL DISCLOSURE OF WHAT THEY OWN.

These are NOT attacks on you, they are demands from members to know what's there and know its cared for and tracked. Why cant you get it done? My Offer STANDS TO HELP GET THIS TASK DONE.

As for your question if I was asking if you were stealing items and selling them, How would I or anyone know if that was the case as you or anyone else for that matter take NO STEPS to be transparent or state what's even in the unit owned by the club. The members own the club, Not the board of directors or the officers. THE MEMBERS.

I left this subject alone to watch and see how it progressed and as expected NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Here we are at elections again and here we are again faced with the same question.

"Where's the inventory"? I will ask at the business meeting this June. I will encourage ALL MEMBERS ATTEND.
