Absolutely. I was simply pointing out the growth in the number of club members and the high percentage of them (versus all accounts) that took the time to sign up for the free access. And while it’s true that one doesn’t have to be a member to be a collector, it does cost the club money to provide the educational materials (web hosting, etc), put on the annual convention, store stuff, and more. I’m happy when I see fellow collectors pay their small share to keep it all going. Would collecting stop if there were no chip guide? Of course not. But let’s face it, it’s a hugely valuable tool and we’re all the better for having it.
