I marked up the areas I see that differ. Must have to do with the number of printing passes over the inlay.

What's interesting the chip on the right's H is close to the edge and the left Chips H is farther away.

The word SAHARA is closer to the right side on the left chip and further left on the right chip, that effected the position of the H in Hotel.

Also you can see the distance from the $1 to the letters SAHARA differ as well.

Both T's look the same to me !!!
