I wasn't asked to post this, nor am I doing this in any official capacity for the club, but...

Your club magazine needs YOUR HELP! I don't know how much time it takes Steve Miller and Robb McPherson to put together a quarterly magazine, but it is a considerable amount. I imagine it is made even harder and more time consuming when they have to create content themselves.

We are a community of many different and varied interests and I assume a good number of readers get their magazine and say, "Good lord, not another article from this Hertel guy droning on about boring illegal gambling stuff!"

I know from experience, the hardest part about writing something is getting started, as nothing is more intimidating than a blank page. Just start typing away. You have a niche collecting interest? You visit a casino lately and have a report? You remember a funny story from years ago about collecting?

Please, I'm asking for all those tired readers, save them from having to read another story from that Hertel guy!
