Kind of lazy too for the attributor to make up something out of whole cloth. They could of at least made up initials of an operator!
This though is the problem with debunking attribution. Once its "accepted" is seems to be the responsibility of the research to prove a negative and say they weren't used there. Without records, that is almost impossible. Stories of "a widow of an old time gambler found these in a drawer and authenticated them 20 years ago" are usually followed by "Prove that they weren't." Oh well.
I've looked pretty hard too and never found a Royal Blue Palace. But can I "prove" one didn't exist and didn't use those chips...
