I remember when "Primm" was called "State lLine" on road maps. The one beside Lake Tahoe was "Stateline" as I recall but there must have been a lot of confusion. There is a post office in Jean, beneath the trees. Also a women's prison, so probably enough postal business (thinking mailing cakes with files in them) to keep the USPS busy. So far as I know, no post office in Primm, so all of their mail (stale cakes) goes through Jean.
