Too bad those old bottles probably would not be drinkable. A few years ago I bought a bunch of Jim Beam Ducks Unlimited bottles from an estate. I don't think they knew that the bottles were still full. I got two 2 liter bottles full of the Beam but since they had corks in the bottles that had deteriorated a little the taste was barely drinkable. The good news was that I sold the empty bottles for what I paid for them - minus the booze. And of course I forced myself to drink the Beam.
