John worked with me on my submissions of sample chips to the chip guide for about 2 years. Thousands of submissions. We met at the 2022 convention and also the 2023 convention. Dinner a couple of times and we had plans to go to Tony Roma's next year. I emailed him about a month ago and received a very nice reply. I had no idea he was sick. The hobby has lost another great one. John will certainly be missed.
