... back in the 80's, 90's & 00's, there were no original members (to my knowledge) still in the lineups from their 1950's glory days... I did interview Tony Williams, the original lead singer of The Platters, shortly before his death in 1992 - and one of his complaints was the fact that the then-current version of The Platters was totally reconstituted. That being said, it's a really cool poster - congratulations Doug!
