Just had a Non-machinable envelope returned for postage due $3.79. I had the Butterfly and 30¢ which should have covered non-machinable and 24c for the second. OZ.

No way to contact USPS email. How would I show them the envelop and stamps? No email for the local postmaster. I can drive 4 miles, and debate? Armed with the regulations and the original small envelope.
