I was out in my back yard last night and looked up to see what I could see thru the dust and light pollution. What I thought was a planet split into a group of lights. OK, it is just an airplane, I thought. The trouble was it did not appear to be moving. So, I got my camera out of my house. This poor old camera is going to disappoint.
The results are not great. It looks like the crap you see on those TV shows. If you copy the photo and then open the photo and enlarge. It looks a little better and you can see the shape of the lights.
