1. There have been a few younger people that left the board and went dark one being Oscar. We are all smart enough to guess why !

2. 90 % of Club Communication is on this board. If Matters need to be directed to another forum those posts should be responded to by Top Brass indicating where and how to access then addressed. Not ignored until an explosion occurs. Some of the posts that I read on here this year reminded me of Kindergartners with no teacher steering the ship. If that behavior is allowed it will never help grow the club in fact if allowed it hurt the club.

3. Regarding the new web site and the new club message board, there have only been a few posts there. Talking and hearing from fellow members, new and veterans, most don't even know how to access the web site and that board.
I am not even sure if the general public can read that board or join the web site without being a member.

4. It looks like we can't even make a positive change to a new web site and message board let alone attract new members the club.

5. I was chastised for running my 5.00 off new membership chips saying it didn't work, although I know of at least 1 who became life members.The negative people need to be banned from any social board making derogatory comments. Similar to How the Face Book Channel is handled.

6. I did choose to join the new membership committee to help make a difference, for the second time. We are currently meeting every other week. So far the Zoom Meetings have been very productive with lots of great ideas. We all hope once we wrap up our subjects and present them to the board they are embraced or improved upon this time.

7. We need to wake up and smell the roses and work together otherwise we will be pushing them up with our toes. Currently We are Functionally Obsolete !!

8. It's easy to complain but takes effort to make a difference.
