I had also suggested last year that we invite a select group of those who perform on PCF to show us in real life what they enjoy and I also suggested that we should invite those from hobby-related groups who would be willing to exhibit... A once-a-year open-house event would not hurt us

We need to be a bit more outward and neighborly.

We need to do what we did in the past at FUN and ANA...

...and "we" means exactly that and I will hit on that another day.

It is not as though our hobby is a new fad; it's been around well over one hundred years and continues to grow in areas some of us have refused to welcome. I remember how many collectors we offended by ignoring those very collectors involved in aspects ot the hobby who now are leaders in a hobby which keeps moving forward while the CCA is shrinking and none of this is opinion; numbers are in clear view.

If is so easy to sit at a club table and greet folks from around the World and talk shop... in fact, we can even devote a table to MoGH and our elaborate catalogue... We have everything at arm's length and at our fingertips, too; no special skills and no different than we do right here.

I wish I was able to do FUN in January, knowing I can do it singlehandedly all day lond...
