young and innovative to become involved. Then, when they have shown they have the knowledge, drive and skills to fill an office, they have to run for that office. Any idea how to get any of that to happen? Seriously. Valid ideas in that realm would be fantastic for the club.

None of this is meant to diminish anything that Oscar has done, but we need more young and innovating club members getting involved.

It's easy to say that we need young and innovative leaders, but a whole different thing to somehow make that happen.
