While I wish this was from the Arizona Club in Las Vegas. Very Doubtful.
a. 1927. Prohibition. Arizona Club open and closed.
b. Not likely investing in this type of silver coffee pot. This is clearly a restaurant serving pot.
b. Local gang lord, James Ferguson, number one bootlegger, and his gang took control of the Arizona Club in 1927-1928. See Mob Museum web site for more on Ferguson.
