The vendor I bought it from is from Las Vegas. I bought 2 large priority boxes full of memorabilia from him. It was all from Las Vegas. No items from Arizona. I "attribute" it to Las Vegas. It is in my collection as such. Kingman is a lot closer to Las Vegas than Phoenix. I suppose if I found it in Phoenix, I might "attribute" it to Phoenix. Thanks for your thoughts. Doug in Kingman, Az.
