CERCLE de l'UNION - NICE

I found it in Google, of all places and forwarded it to some collectors in Europe because a "CU" monogram was also depicted and nobody saved it... and, trying to locate it is impossible since the name is very common though, not for the cercle that was in Nice, France... and we had no idea it even existed since it wasn't listed anywhere in.the hobby prior to me finding this.
