The eBay description was poorly written and passed over by those who collect counter/markers.

Nothing resembling this is found and whomever I had asked was only interested in buying it.

I have not seen a date engraved on any counter.

The movements are ruby and the cards rotate.

Constriction is MOP and Silver.
