It was a 'money can't buy' experience.
All in all I spent about 50 hours with them. 4 half days in advance plus 3 days on set (2 of which were 12 hours).
We had a duplicate table set up in the 'green room' so they could practice during breaks and I was given a room alongside the actors.
Having Benedict make me a coffee and sitting round chewing the fat with him, Dev & Ralph was pretty cool. They were all just as fascinated by my 'day job' as I was with the whole experience.
Wes likes to employ the minimum number of people, so everyone except the main actors chips in with setup for lighting, cameras, props etc. He also likes to be involved in absolutely everything so I'd been engaged with him for the previous 2 months on chip & plaque design, drawings for the prop guys to build the tables and accessories from etc.
