We lived about 3 blocks from the very first Kohls food store in Wauwatosa, Wi when I was 3-4 years old. I remember walking to the store with my mother. In later years they expanded and like my oldest daughter said "Never buy anything at Kohls unless it is 50% off". They are the kings of high prices and huge discounts.
