This seller wanted $75 for an $8 Year of the Ox chip from Pechanga, CA. When it didn't sell, I received an "offer" on the chip. The seller relisted the chip at $85, then sent me an offer for $75!

I realize the seller is doing nothing wrong or illegal. However, this feels more than shady.
