That's the problem with a lot of this stuff that's been played around with after ending up in a Frencn shop.
The image has run rampant without a trail for the past several years and, only studying it in person will reveal what, where and when.
Also, the chip upper central to the plaque appears to be a true die-cut (flush) metal inlay and not a metallic overlay; above the surface of the slug.
