As to the post, there isn't really anything horrible, just typical personality clash. If I've learned anything it is that you certainly don't want to offer moderating services to folks on the internet. that wont go good for you, and certainly don't start deleting peoples posts based on your impressions. That also won't go well for you...

Focus on development of a good page and don't be distracted by peoples content.
