In Doug Saito's latest auction he references your close association with Bill Borland. Borland made many chips that closely resemble actual casino chips. Some say his intent was to defraud collectors. Others have said that these were samples which he hoped would turn into orders from casinos. Oddly a number these chips were NCV chips in an era when they weren't very collectable and certainly not worth much. I'd love to hear your perspective on Borland's motivation in making these chips.
