.......many years. Nooch was a long time member of the Atlantic City Casino Collectibles Club. He collected Trop chips from Vegas and A C. He always used to kid me about "Harvesting" Roulette chips and would tell his fellow dealers to guard the Roulette chips when he saw me playing Roulette at the Trop or later at Dover Downs Casino in Delaware.
He will be missed by all his friends and fellow collectors from the A C Club.
After he retired from Dover and moved back to Atlantic City, I would meet him for a drink and hang out and talk about chips with him or we would talk on the phone from time to time.
Rest in Peace - My Old Friend.
