Great news on all fronts, I am genuinely excited to hear this.

I am someone who buys every book I can find about Vegas and its History, and I am certain that your story will fit into my collection perfectly!

I think you owe it to yourself to at least speak with some of the publishers in this genre to consider working with them instead of heading down the 'self-publishing' route. If you haven't already spoken with Anthony Curtis at Huntington Press, you might want to. I'm sure his background in publishing books on the subject would go a long way to helping get your story out. Just a thought.
