The main attraction in Ruth is the gigantic open pit copper
mine. The huge ore hauling trucks look like ants at the bottom.
I remember talking with Frank Smith who used to own the
Commercial Club. He said they had chips with just CC on
them. I haven’t been there in 20 years but it hadn’t changed
much since the 70s. The only other place was the New Ruth
Club. I would like to have see the beer garden.
