One of my best friends, Frankie Randall, who sadly passed a few years back had always wanted me to visit with Barbara Sinatra at her home in Rancho Mirage. Frankie was the piano player at Jilly’s in New York and worked with Sinatra often. He is the one who introduced Sinatra to Steve Wynn and in fact was Steve Wynn’s entertainment director for years at the Golden Nugget. He played up and down the strip and I later inducted him into the Casino Legends Hall of Fame “2002”. I met Barbara when I inducted Sinatra into the the Hall of Fame in 1999. Anyway, this is all another story.
