As stated in the Playboy book which, surely, you would have known already.
I hope that the authors have no objection to my sharing the photo as it is for educational purposes (although totally wasted on some) but if they do, please tell me and I'll take it off.

The book lists them as being 41mms (as you can see) whereas I was told that they are 43/44mms but maybe they were measured differently (or some had shrunk/expanded) hence the difference. I doubt anybody really cares though.
As to the other waffle, you're on your own as most of it doesn't make sense. Good luck.
If/when you put the ones you won on ebay on the guide (with the sizes) it may help jog somebody's memory and they can fill in the gaps although I doubt it.
