For the last week I have had a problem completing payments with my Paypal account trying to pay for Ebay purchases. It gets to the final step in the payment process and will not complete the process - just keeps going round and round.
I called Paypal and they said there was some kind of glitch in the system and they would work to correct it.
My account still does not work.
