Do you think that this was a traveling salesman sample book, or was this one the USPC Co. chip records books that were kept at their headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio?

Most of the USPC Co. chip record books were photographed by Kregg and Howard Hertz, and the chips reproduced in "Kregg's Guide to the Records of the Records of the United States Playing Card Company" (2001).

Does this sample book include order records that are not included in that book?
