I would always stop in here on my trips to Laughlin in the early
70s. One time Nancy Kidwell let me buy whatever chips I wanted.
I never saw the crap or 21 games open as she could never find
honest dealers. She always offered me a job. Her husband, Slim,
flying out of California, told me he was out flying looking for a place
to build a casino and airstrip. He had his plane on automatic pilot
and fell asleep and when he woke up he was almost out of gas.
He landed and decided to build there. When he died, Nancy married
his son. She recently sold the town. She may still live there.
