We used to tailgate for Rams football on the lot near the President Casino on the Admiral.
A perfect place for early morning tailgating. A little cold? Just run into the Casino to warm up.
Need to use the facilities? Just run into the Casino for that, too.

On April 4, 1998, some runaway barges slammed into the Admiral, breaking it away from all but one of its moorings. The pilot
used his tugboat to hold the Admiral close to shore so that the 2500 passengers/gamblers could make it to safety.
Thankfully, no serious injuries.
