No shipping information, which almost always means that the chips were picked up from T. R. King's downtown Los Angeles headquarters. Also, the only David Sirotta I can find in California on newspapers.com lived in Los Angeles. He was 29 in 1938. I can't find any link between him and gambling, so far, but will keep looking.
