I thought I've seen one or two other ones that look like this, but they look faded to me. Considering the inlay is yellow... Standard black/blue NV Club/Lodge $1s don't have the yellowed inlays like the chip you show/ChipGuide shows.

I'm sure it just sat long enough in the sun or under some type of light to lose the blue color and make it white...

I'd say the value of this is the same as the blue/black and that point.
