I agree with Bob 100%.
If you are a seller, don’t get cheap by not shipping in a bubble envelope with tracking. You are only setting yourself up for a customer asking for a refund.
If you are a buyer, don’t be cheap by not paying additional postage for a proper mailer with insurance.
Remember, if you mail a chip in a standard envelope, those are not eligible for tracking. All you can do is send it via certified mail if you want it tracked. Which costs even more than a small bubble envelope with tracking!
I recently bought a chip that was $80 on with free shipping. I wrongly assumed the seller would ship in a bubble envelope due to the value of the chip.
He didn’t and the chip was received broken..
